Street Print Foil a new direct printable outdoor Film.

Up till now full colour outdoor advertising was done by printing a film using uv or solvent inkjet and laminating a protection film on top of this material. The problem of lamination and outdoor use is rain and moisture. Water and moisture will penetrate the side of the film weakening the bond between lamination and print. The end result is always protection paper that will curl up on this side.

This is dangerous as it can cause a trip hazard. You never know when the film will curl and you either have to remove the film, often before the end of the floorpromotion contract, or you have to replace it. Both will cost money and the last thing you want is someone falling over the loose laminate.

Street Print Foil is different. The material can be directly printed using a solvent or latexbased printer. The surface of the film is non slip (test reports are available) and it can be place directly on asphalt, cement or stone to created your own asphalt art or street ad.

The Street Print Foil has been tested over and over again and people can walk over it (no curl up problems like laminates) card can drive over the film. Removing the film is as easy a placement. No tools are needed to scratch the film from the surface.
